CASA FAMILIA

Casa Familia is a thoughtfully designed residential development dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs. The project consists of four individual homes that together accommodate up to 16 residents, offering a nurturing, small-scale living environment focused on comfort, independence, and dignity. In addition, a four-story building with 50 residential units expands the community’s reach, creating a larger, integrated housing model tailored to this unique population. The architectural approach emphasizes accessibility, safety, and a strong sense of belonging. Shared outdoor spaces, thoughtfully landscaped pathways, and communal areas promote connection while respecting privacy and individual needs.
